Advance payments, if collected, reserve pandit availability for the selected date and time. Cancellations and rescheduling requests should be communicated as early as possible by phone or email.
Refund or reschedule eligibility depends on the notice period, preparation already completed, travel commitments and mutually agreed booking terms. If Devghar Hindi Pandit is unable to provide a confirmed service, the customer may choose a reschedule or refund of the eligible advance amount.
